Why do I have to include my recipient's phone number?
UPS must have the recipient's phone number to qualify for our guaranteed delivery service. We
will not contact your gift recipients via phone unless we are having problems with delivery.
Is my information secure?
Yes!! We value our customers safety and security. All transactions will be conducted through
a secured server via PayPal.
Are there discounts available?
Yes!! Quantity discounts are available if ordering more than ten (10) Gift Baskets on one transaction.
This discount will be 10% off of your final total excluding Shipping and Handling.
Do I need to contact Tracy's Traditions if I wish to order a Customized Gift Basket?
There is no need to contact us for a Customized Gift Basket. Please be certain that you provide
all necessary information to us for your customization. If you wish, you can ask us to contact you before we ship your
order to ensure Quality Assurance.
Will I get a confirmation email after I place my order?
Yes!! You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another confirmation
after your order has been shipped. This second confirmation will contain the UPS or USPS Tracking Number.
