What is a Custom Gift Basket?

Custom Gift Baskets are your own thoughts on the basket. For example, you may want to send your recipient an new baby arrangement that would include special items that our baskets don't normally have. Like a book on becoming a parent along with diapers or other starter items. Or a specialty basket for an occasion that we don't have listed. We will try our best to get as similar items as possible, but  can not guarantee it will be exact.
 
What is an Original Gift Basket?
 
Original Gift Baskets are predesigned ideas. You may make special requests on the basket; we will do our best to accomodate, but can not guarantee we can put it in the basket.  They would have a similar look and feel to the baskets that already have been designed.
 
How soon will my order be delivered and how much will it cost?
 
All orders will be transported to UPS on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays by 2:00PM Arizona Time (Please note:  The State of Arizona does not observe Daylight Savings Time). If there is a Federal Holiday, orders will be transported the following business day. We offer shipping via UPS or USPS which generally takes approximately 5 BUSINESS DAYS. Shipping is included in all prices already.
 
Can I have my order delivered sooner?
 
Of course!  We can deliver NEXT DAY or SECOND DAY via UPS for a nominal fee. Please contact us prior to checking out so we can give you a correct price. 

Why do I have to include my recipient's phone number?

UPS must have the recipient's phone number to qualify for our guaranteed delivery service. We will not contact your gift recipients via phone unless we are having problems with delivery.

Is my information secure?

Yes!!  We value our customers safety and security. All transactions will be conducted through a secured server via PayPal.

Are there discounts available?

Yes!!  Quantity discounts are available if ordering more than ten (10) Gift Baskets on one transaction.  This discount will be 10% off of your final total excluding Shipping and Handling.

Do I need to contact Tracy's Traditions if I wish to order a Customized Gift Basket?

There is no need to contact us for a Customized Gift Basket.  Please be certain that you provide all necessary information to us for your customization.  If you wish, you can ask us to contact you before we ship your order to ensure Quality Assurance.

Will I get a confirmation email after I place my order?

Yes!!  You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another confirmation after your order has been shipped.  This second confirmation will contain the UPS or USPS Tracking Number.
