Shipping and Handling

We ship our products every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday by 5:00PM Arizona Time (Please Note:  The State of Arizona does not observe Daylight Savings Time). Due to federal holidays, we will ship the following business day.  

We offer the following shipping methods:

UPS Standard Ground
USPS Ground

If you need your package quicker, please contact us first and we will try to work with you to expedite a quicker shipping method. Please note: You will be charged for the extra shipping difference.

Address Corrections:
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address including:
  • Recipient Name(s)
  • Company Name (if applicable)
  • Street Number and Street Name
  • Floor, Suite, or Apartment Number (if applicable)
  • Accurate zip code
  • Telephone Number with Area Code

Tracy's Traditions Policy:
 
We make every order after it has been placed. We do this in order to have each product original. If you have any requests or suggestions on ideas of items you would like to include, we will do our best to comply to that. We can not guarantee we will find the exact items you were looking for, but we will always keep a similar look and feel. If you don't have any special requests, we will make a beautiful basket for your recipient using our experience and expertise.

 
We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. We only deliver to physical addresses within the Continental United States.

Deliveries to Businesses/Hospitals/Hotels:
If you are sending a package to a business, please be aware that the delivery driver may deliver the product to a shipping and receiving department. Please let your recipient or someone at the business know that they should be receiving a package. Tracy's Traditions is not responsible if the recipient is not available to receive the product or if the business is closed for the day.

Hospital Deliveries:                                                     We will not ship to hospitals unless the recipient works there. Consider having the gift shipped to recipient's home address. The reason is, it may take many extra days for the gift to be delivered to the recipient. Many recipients will be released in that amount of time. 

Hotel Deliveries:                                                       Unless you are absolutely certain that the recipient will still be in the hotel when your gift arrives, consider having the gift shipped to recipient's home address. Should you elect to ship to a hotel address, please be advised that we assume no responsibility for gifts becoming lost or misplaced, failure of the hotel staff to deliver the gift to the guest/recipient, or gifts arriving after a guest has checked out.
